The rubbed-off bald spot in her hair was on her when I got her. I bought her new at Toys-R-Us. I removed her wig and that's how she was. The white line on her cheek however happened in this photo-shoot! Tomo decided she didn't want to stand anymore and scraped her face on the wall behind her. I haven't tried to get the paint off yet... washed her with water and a wash cloth but it's still there.
